How does personalization work? +

Enter your engraving text and choose any options right on the product page. We craft your piece exactly as you enter it — so please double-check spelling before you check out.

What materials are your pieces made from? +

We use premium 14k gold, gold vermeil, rose gold and sterling silver. All pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

How long until my order ships? +

Because everything is made to order, most pieces are crafted within 2–5 business days, then shipped by your chosen method. The estimate is shown on each product.

Do you ship worldwide? +

Yes — we ship internationally, with free worldwide shipping on orders over $75.

Can I return a personalized item? +

Personalized pieces are made just for you and are generally non-returnable, but they are covered by our craftsmanship guarantee. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days.

How do I choose the right size? +

Size guidance is shown on each product page, and most chains are adjustable. If you are unsure, email us and we will help.

Will my jewelry tarnish? +

With proper care, our metals resist tarnishing. Keep pieces dry, avoid perfume and chemicals, and store them in the pouch provided.

How do I care for my piece? +

Remove jewelry before showering, swimming or applying lotion, and gently polish with a soft cloth to keep it shining.

Can I track my order? +

Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer gift wrapping? +
