30-day returns

Non-personalized items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Personalized items

Because engraved and personalized pieces are made uniquely for you, they can't be resold and are generally non-returnable. However, they are fully covered by our craftsmanship guarantee — if there's a defect or an error on our part, we'll repair or remake it free of charge.

How to start a return

Email us at support@faruzo.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
